Over the past 10 years, I have gained extensive experience in event management. I have successfully planned, organized, and executed a wide range of events including corporate events, social gatherings, product launches, trade shows, and conferences.
My responsibilities have included everything from selecting venues, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, handling logistics, creating event timelines, developing marketing strategies, and providing on-site event support.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a keen ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors, ensuring that all parties are on the same page and working towards a common goal. I am skilled at problem-solving and have an eye for anticipating and addressing potential issues before they arise.
I am also well-versed in the latest event technologies and trends, which has allowed me to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the events I manage. I am always seeking to improve and refine my skills, and I am committed to delivering exceptional experiences for my partners and guests.

I have worked as a influencer on social media with Magnus in his time in Ubisoft, since 2011untill now.
I’ve always been very happy with working with him. He is very talented in what he does, with big passion for gaming and is very outgoing, down to earth to talk too.
He is always on time on meetings, and always on there to help on events, if something tech wise didn’t work.
I also worked with him in my 1 year as his assistant for Ubisoft, back in 2019.
There I noticed what a good college he is, and how work he works, and how big his passion for gaming is.
Even under pressure he manage too do everything 100%, that I have always looked up too.
With his communications skill he taught me a lot, much of what I know and use today.

As an attendee I could always feel secure in the knowledge that everything is planed, and when it doesn’t, there’s a team ready to solve the situation.
Magnus has always made the community feel welcome and special at every gathering. He’s positive, secure and brings lots of joy where he appears.
Magnus is a super great guy, always goes above and beyond to get things sorted out!
